After a year and a half of trouble with dish network, beginning with poorly insalled equipment and hardwood floor damage and endling with months of incorrect billing, i spent countless horus on teh phone each month with the company trying to fix issues. Time spent only cost me more money and more headache - i spent nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel, only to be told I would have to pay $100 to have the equipment removed from my house. After all the trouble i went though with the company - there was never a courtsey given to me as a customer. I would never recomend Dish Network to anyone... Not my own worst enemy!
