Well i have been a WM customer for three years. I am sorry for those who have bad feelings for this company... But, if you read your contracts, ask questions, and pay your bills according to the companies billing cycle you might not have so many problems. This company is just like any other utility, they work to make a profit on a service that WE need. I would love to see some of you lazy, sorry bums get out and do this job. Yes the people do get paid well, and so does the electric company, the light company, the car dealer AND THE CELL PHONE PEOPLE. Please post on here the next time you call your car dealer and get upset about a late fee, AND THEY WAIVE IT. Or the light comapany for shutting of the utilites and having to pay $50 dollars to resume service EACH UTILITY. Give this company the same respect as you do the other utilities. If you cannot HANDLE your bills, shame on you. Don't get mad because you can't read or hadle your business. Because on my bill all the material is printed and it explains to me what i need to know and I AM NOT AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS OR PAY MY BILL ON TIME. Your slack should not be this companies urgency!!! Grow the heck up people!!!
