Qwest utilities is by far, thee worst utility company i have ever use... 3 months of service...$300 dollars in bills... Even though the internet is supposedly 35 a month and phone is 26, apparently, its actually 100 per month no matter what, requested a bill 4 times, never got one, contacted them, they pushed the blame to the post office, like there's a conspiracy there to throw out my qwest bill... Told me to pay 50 dollars to have service returned, which they turned off twice with no warning, then when i paid it, they said i had to pay the entire amount to have service restored... All i have to say is im shutting them off, paying the bill, and accepting the loss as a lesson learned, if you are in an area where only qwest is a provider, be prepared to pay waaaay more than what they actually tell you, then when you dont get a bill and they shut your phone off, which im sure is a tactic to steal the outrageous deposit they require even if you have good credit. They lie to you and tell you to pay a certain amount to have it restored, they get their money, and then they want the whole bill, including the pre charged month, that you havn't even used yet.By far, the worst utility company i have ever used. Avoid at all costs, or pay the price... Literally
