Euromilliones Lottery and DCS (Diplomatic Courier Service)
Consumer Report

Mr. Don Mendez Alvaro supposedly and agent for Euromillions Lottery advised me that I was one of 10 winners chosen in the lottry and would receive 815,000 euros. This was suppose to be sent by DCS, Diplomatic Courier Service. I received phone calls from Mr Jonathan Freeze of DCS from Syracuse N.Y. Saying that duty would have to be paid and every time he phoned me there was another charge on 4 occasions. I was advised by Mr Alvaro just to pay it and the cheque would be delivered - That never happened. Mr Alvaro now tells me that the first cheque has been left in storage in New York and has been cancelled.in order to issue me a new cheque would involve a charge of $700.00 for a court Affidavit. As soon as that is paid a new cheque will be issued and sent to me via Fedex. I am ashamed and feel really stupid for believing them in the first place. I am a senior citizen (78) and this has drained all my savings, unfortunately and could not cover the $700. If I wanted to. The monies were paid to the current account of Mr Douglas Moore at Royal Bank of Canada account #041225162284.
