I rec'd a cheque #5672289 from FreeLotto @ $2 dated July 18'03 for my quarterly winnings. I deposited in my $US bank account on Aug 11'03, well within the 90 day time frame.in today's mail, I rec'd notification that the cheque was RETURNED. The reason for return was NON-SUFFICIENT funds.
I have now been charged the $2.00 US for the returned cheque PLUS an add'l charge @ $3.00 US for the service charges on returned cheques for a total of $5.00 US.
Plasmanet Inc now OWES me $5.00 US
How can you offer a multi-million dollar lottery, but not be able to cover a cheque for $2.00?
I have sent this mail with copies of the cheque & the Returned Cheque Statement from my bank, the Royal Bank of Canada, but they have been returned due to the attachments. I sent the email without attachments, all returned by PostMaster Direct. I can send you copies.
