They charged me for two bottles of supplements through their automatic payments. I never received either bottle. One was ordered on July 9 and now a month later they are charging me for another bottle. I emailed to cancel the continuation of automatic pay the first time I was charged and was never emailed back. The customer service line doesn't allow you to talk to a live person, it just redirects you to consult the web site.
The "customer service" representative (who never gives you a name to reference, listed name is "sales") was extremely rude to me about the whole ordeal and claimed they hadn't gotten my email in July and if I should contest I would be turned over to collections. I got a new card and shredded the one they have information for.
Someone really needs to stop them. I have filed complaints with both the better business bureau and the ftc, and I suggest if you have been scammed by these people you do the same. I hope some lawyer out there reads this and would like to take this case. Because as many people as this company has scammed, it could be quite profitable to shut down and sue.
