I've been pursuing a refund from Groupon, within their stated terms, with no success. I have had no response to emails and have been unable to speak to anyone on their customer helpline (was on hold for more than 30 minutes, twice) and they have no facility for leaving a message. I am entitled to a refund for the voucher (unused) that I do not want, and this experience has put me off giving Groupon any business again.
