Joyful care serivces is one heck of an agency. Aside from delayed salary for 3 to 4 weeks, more often than not checks issued does not have funds and will not refund any penalty your bank have charged you. The staff are not courteous and in fact very arrogant and unfriendly. If you have to follow up your paycheck you have to beg for it and wait for long hours before it will be release. I hope someone can have a thorough investigation on how it agency works and where the funds are going since all their clients pay them in advance.
