Tenderlove Child Care Center has many state regulation they do not adhere to. Staff works 10 hours without breaks. They are out of ratio sometimes as many as 12 children to 2 child care providers, when ratio is 4 to 1 for toddlers and babies. Rugs are not anchored down. Bleach is used when children can inhale the fumes. There are no new toys or books for the children, no playground, there are not enough cribs to put all the babies in. It's a mess. Children are woken up from naps crying because the executive director want babies up and doing academics! Healthy snacks are not provided because of budgeting problems.
On top of that staff's checks bounce. Care4kids is paying them $1000. Per child per month and funds are not there to pay $8.50 an hour staff! Staff is asked to wait to cash checks, no pay stubs are given, cashiers check are also used as a way of getting paid. Where are the funds going? Not to staff or to improving the physical location. These people continue their greed, See progressive training.
