I am writing to report and warn all individuals not to apply at Joyful Care services. They have lots of caregivers and a lot of them are not getting the salary on time they promise to. Very upsetting as they are delay in giving salary which is supposed to be given weekly, much to dismay of caregivers, their salary is delayed as much as 3 to 4 weeks! Unbelievable but true. Lots of compalins coming but the management wo'nt do anything. I pity all their caregivers coz they work so hard and when it comes to salary day thet won't get anything they have to wait like 2 to 3 paydays before getting their check.
