I was supposedly hired as a Financial Manager to receive and process payments from company clients.
The financial manager will be responsible for receiving payments from customers and processing the received funds to our company.
Payments from our customers received by following services:
1. Bank checks (most popular)
2. Wire transfers
3. Certified funds and cash funds
The clients send a payment for our services provided by ABC Building Agency, Ltd by certified mail.
The company (ABC Building Agency, ltd) would provide the information about clients and incoming payment and tracking info
When payments are received I was to cash the check and transfer funds to our ABC Building Agency, Ltd via Western Union (all info provided). The fees for transfer will be paid by Company.
After the transfer completed, you make me a report-the name of client, the total amount received, and the amount transferred.
