We had Joe from The Carpet Guys. Come out and give us a free quote for our summer home in the Detroit Area. We explained that we would only be in town over the weekend and if we were to go ahead with using The Carpet Guys that the work would have to be done in a very timely manor. He assured us that that our new carpet would be done within 24 hours and to our surprise it was! In fact, our new carpet was done in less than 18 hours from the time we signed the paperwork. Amazing!
We are very happy with our experience with The Carpet Guys. Not only did they do a great job for us, but we just got a Christmas card from them and it was a very nice gesture considering the fact that we live out of state. The sales guy was very genuine and you could tell that he really did care about what he was doing and the work that his company performed. It just goes to show that a company that does good business and leaves a good taste in peoples mouths are hard to find these days and are a gem to deal with. If we still lived in Michigan more than 2 months a year, I would recommend the Carpet Guys to EVERYONE. This company does great work and really do care long after the sale. Not That is a GREAT COMPANY!
