I placed and completed payment for a chica doll on August 15. Debbie K. Replied that I could expect my chica doll in 3-4 weeks. It is November 22 and still nothing. Every week there are promises that it is almost complete, that it is going in the mail tomorrow, that the box is already addressed and just waiting to be shipped. Yet I still do not have a product.
I am beginning to think that it is a scam too. Has anyone ever actually received their chica doll? If not, has anyone been successful in having their money returned or know of avenues to go through to get your money back since this seems to be a clear case of fraud?
