Dream Vacation Sales & Rental
Lori Milton FRAUD - SCAM

Lori Milton from Dream Vacation contacted us via telephone to ask if we would like to sell our timeshare property known as Belaire Resort/Hotel U in Porta vallarta Mexico. Even though the property is still under construction, Dream Vacation stated that this buyer who owned a chain of grocery stores called OXX wanted to buy this property. We agreed and signed a contract with Dream Vacation which was done over the internet.in the contract under item # 18 it states: "No payment shall be made directly to Dream Vacation Sales & Rental. Funds will always be handled by the escrow company chosen for this transaction.

We then were contacted by a representative, Walter Beck, from Guardian Federal Title Company out of Chicago. Phone: 312-473-2838 or 39 fax: 866-554-0232. Another name with Guardian Federal Title is Bill Taylor (this person's name was on our wire money transfers). On 7-27-11, we were sent an email from Walter Beck that $1600.00 for the 8% sales commission to Dream Vacation was to be paid upfront and to wire transfer this money to the following account in Mexico: Estrategia De Negocios Milenio SC account # 82500541864 Clabe: 4000-4714-4 825-0054-1864 Swift Code: BMSXMXMM Abba Routing Number: 021000021 Then on 7-29-11, Walter Beck ask for $2,000 more for a 10% transfer fee which we wired to the same account (above), then on 8-3-11, Walter Beck asked for $3200 for a 16% Mexican Tax for the Transaction which we wired the money again to the above account. We did question him several times about all these money transfers and he guaranteed that the buyer was going to reimburse us for these fees transfer the money for the sale of the property.in fact, Walter Beck advised us that the buyer's money was already transferred into an escrow account waiting for the final closing after which we would receive the total of $25,200.00.

$20,000 for the property and the $5200 fees (which is less the $1600.00 sales commission). We did not get any money and asked for our money back from both Dream Vacation & Guardian Federal Title. They owe us a total of $6950 ($6800 $150 charge from back for 3 wire transfers). We have called numerous times and sent emails and they have not responded, so we have been ripped off.
