I was told that I had 9 days to cancel starting from the first day I placed my order May 6. On May 13th I called but they were closed. I had one last day to cancel which made this May the 14th. I called at least 20 or more times and got an answering machine. The recording tells you the hours, the recording tell you the hours Monday though Friday including Saturdays hours. They were open on Saturday 9:00am pacific time. I started calling at 8:00am Mountain time and I kept getting a message sorry we are unable to take your call could you try back latter. I kept calling on my house phone and my cell phone and received the same message. I findly asked my room mate if I could use his phone and I got a different recording, I'm sorry we can't come to the phone right now but at the beep could you leave us a message (these are not the exact words but very simular). I left all my information including order number, name, address and the message that I wanted to cancel. I used the home phone again and received the original message, where I was told to call back. I was charged twice and I would not take possession of the merchandise sent in June so I wrote return to sender and gave it back to the postman a block away. He put it in his truck and Fusion5 told my bank that I did not call and they did not receive the package back.
