I did order Grant Mentor. I have not received any product in the mail or by internet. I am now being charged $69.42 to a credit card each month, plus $4.97 for who knows what.
I have tried call during business hours for a solid week at various times of the day and night. Business hour 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AMto 6 PM on Saturday. I get a canned recording telling me the business hours, to wait for the next representative or if not calling during business hours leave a message at the tone. Then message that "message system is full, good-bye".
I want to stop this account. I am going to contact the credit card company and tell them the issue and refuse further charges if they will let me. If not, I don't know what else to do. I guess I can file a Better Business complaint but I don't have a address and the website does not have a Customer Service contact website, only the telephone number which I feel is also phoney.
