Needed to cancel within days to insure that I didn't get charged. I did after a week of trying.
6 weeks or more later a charge appears on my CC.
Tried calling and was put on hold for hours at a time. Recording said to leave a message. I did. No return call for a week so I tried it again. Same result. I called my CC company and they want to press charges. I tried again only this time I hit the dial time at exactly 9:00 am and got thru. Agent # 1002 said that a Lily left a message and that I did not cancel. I informed her that I answer the answer machine and there was no message. She insisted there was. I also have caller ID and the name is not on my phone. My phone holds the last 100 calls phoned in. I also have CallWave and there is not a message on that machine either. I told agent #1002 to Cancel and she gave me a confirmation # &. I informed her credit my CC account. This date is: 1/20.
