I tried to call at 5:45AM, 6:00AM, 8:00AM, 3 days in a row and always got the answering machine saying that the company is closed and the business hour are from 5:00AM till 9:00AM. So no matter what day and time you tried, you always got the same message and it is the same voice message for the First Plus Platinum 1800-595-5110, it is the same female voice! I left couple message but never receive a call back!
