Ug i recieved looked like an indoor outdoor rug, the flowers, were humungus, looked nothing likre online picture, also stated backgroung color as brown, was a dark ugle gray. Company refuses to send me a prepaid slip for fed ex to pick up, i would even be willing to take to post office with a prepaid return ticket. You will not get paid because i have been treated terrible over this issue, also if you look aat my buying history, i have beena great customer to you, is this anyway to treat me, OH, i forget forget the little guy, you guys just sit in your ivory tower executive offices with all the powers of the mind and dream up, screw the customer, the customer is NOT always right. Do you think i am making this up, come un, and pick up your rug, i just live in kentucky very close to indiana, i know that this is where you are located. If you are going to sell merchandise, and as i stated before, this is the first time i have ever been upset over your product, true your prices are high, but, the qual;ity i have recieved before is worth it, i have ordered many rugs from you, the julian ruby rugs, tropical floral border rugs, the savonnie area rugs, with floral border in mocha, the mediterra rug which was huge, but very pretty, vases, lamps, so thanks again you have lost a customer, will not be paid, canceled mu card, if you want yiour rug back just simply send me a prepaid. I will send it back to yopu, or you can pick it up yourself, just cross the bridge in indiana, i will give you directions. Pleasure doiong business until now.
