My 82 yr old mother w / memory loss agreed to this policy by phone, not knowing what she was signing up for. Called company w/in 7 days to facillitate full refund, as PVSP claims they will do, received refund check 3 wks later, deposited check, notified by bank of stop order on check, mother's account charged for returned check. Called PVSP immediately, still waiting for reply. BTW - Mother no longer drives.
