I have found a check in my elderly mother's account labeled "No Signature Required" to this company. My mother has no memory of the transaction. I will notify the bank and request that they stop payment. I will notify the Massachusetts Attorney General and police as well. I don't know if they called my mother and got a check number from her. This is very troublesome given that her phone number is on the Don't Call Registry.
