They had a promtional advertisement that stated $19.99 or $9.99/no contract. The 19.99 was supposed to come with classes such a aerobics, yoga, zumba, and kick boxing. They are also supposed to have a group fitness class. All this never happened.
The manager told me they would have it in 3 months now it is 6 months and nothing and will not change my contract to the $9.99 or cancel it. I called and they told me 6 weeks, then, "I don't know", now it is 4 months. That is 4 different answers and they are still getting my money and no services - only the use of they gym which is the same as the other members paying $9.99 a month. The new manager was rude and not will to compromise. He even lied and said he was going to change it to $9.99 and 3 days ago $19.99 came out of my checking account. And also charged a annual fee of 48.00 within 6 months of signing the contract.
Fraud!!!
