Charged me twice for one month, sales manager lied about amount of monthly charge

My husband and I went to the Norwalk LA Fitness to use our Free Two Week Passes we received. We were told you have to sign up to use the the Free Passes. So they are not Free. We were supposed to get two for one and have No billing for two months for 30 dollars each. When my husbands bank statement came they charged us for the month we were promised free, becaused we asked four times before signing the agreement. Actually, they told me there was no contract.

According to Customer service in Irvine my "Contract" said nothing about billing starting in December. But that is what the manager promised. And they were charging us 35 dollars each instead of 30. The woman on the other end of the phone said she was going to put the 70 dollars back in our account just to appease us. It has been a week and nothing has been put back in. She said "everybody says the same thing" whatever she means, when they take two payments out of your account. I Will Get My money back though. I don't care how I do it.
If you call the club, the manager/salesperson/thief is never there.

I am very unhappy with the club. And I want my money back, especially the 300 two for one initial fee. What a ripoff.

Some of the aerobic classes were taught in Spanish, I don't speak Spanish, so they are of no use to me.
