I ordered net zero on March 7. I was unaware u had to have a home phone line, my two children and myself have cell phones so bout two weeks later i called and canceled. Didnt realize intill week ago theyve been takin the $17.50 for april may june july and aug. So im not happy and called them i got total unprofessional unanswered questions when i got transfered to management i got hung up on. Called several more times i couldnt get through. How do i get my money back and how can they continue doin this to people...? I rate them negative 100.
