I moved out of a house I was renting at the end of May. I called waste management ; canceled my service and set up service at my new address. They told me that my service would end at my old address after the first week of June and start at my new address the same week. I received a bill in July for both addresses ending at the end of June and paid both because I figured that they billed a month at a time. I found out that I was wrong when I received a bill for my old address for the month of July. I called waste management in August when I received the bill and they told me that they would cancel my service ending June 1. They did not fix it properly because I received a bill in September ending the service on the day I called in August. I called two more times still not fixed...
