Ordered tanning cream from studio on 6-19.Co removed money from my bank account on 6-21. Did not get product, called co at1-800-333-6003 they said they would ship next day. Waited 2 weeks still did not receive, called back, they said they would get back to me still have not heard from them nor received product. Called back 7-19, they transfered me to shipping. They just hung up. Called again, this time they put me on hold for 36 min. Some one then picked up the phone and hung up. I do not know what else to do. The company is in california which is 2000 miles from me
