On 8/8 I ordered a buy one get one free ez moves for a price of $19.99 plus SH. On 8/12 I checked my bank account and the company had charged my account for a total price of $91.78. They charged the account after they had shipped the merchandise and did not give me any opportunity to review the invoice before shipping.
I called their customer service and they basically said "too bad". I can return the purchase but i will still be charged $31.80 for shipping. I can return the item unopened marked "return to sender" and I won't have to pay to send back but the $31.80 will not be refunded. They also said that I had ordered two sets. What the heck would I do with 16 of the things. Get real.
Do not do business with this company! I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
