Hughesnet Customer service is HORRIBLE! - HughesNet Satellite Internet

So i recently signed up for Hughesnet Satellite Internet. When I intially called hughesnet about their services the salesmen said that I would have NO installation fee, NO activation fee, and charged $39.99 9.99 (for rental fee) a month for the first 3 months. Well when I checked my bank account summary i was charged $154.74. I was irrate. When I called them about it they said I was charged an acctivation fee and then transfered all over the place to talk to differnet people. They ordered a call review because apparenty they thought i was lying about NO activation fee when i signed up. It took 7 days and i only got refunded $49. I called billing and really no one knows why i got charged the other $55.77 but no one can fix it. And also i requested an invoice and i would pay it myself instead of it automatically coming out of my account and they told me i would be charged an extra $5 for an invoice every month. RE-GOD-DAMN-DICULOUS!!! They are awful. I live out of town and have no other option for internet, so i have to live with it, but to whoever has an option, i recommened not signing up!!
