Sometime around 8-2-11, i placed an order from gpm ez moves for $19.99 with $7.95 s&h. They said they would double the order for an additional shipping charge of $7.95. I also agreed to pay $5.00 extra for a longer lifter. This is an automated system and you have no ability to ask any questions... The computer tried to sell me a lot of other stuff that i refused... They also tried to sell me fast shipping for $5.00 more which i declined. All of a sudden the connection was lost and i did not know what i was being charged or if the order had gone thru at all. On 8-6-11 i was charged $86.78 on my card so i immediately called gpm ez moves and was told i could not cancell the order due to the order had already been shipped. When the order arrived i refused it... They gave me credit for $54.98 but said they have the right to keep $31.80 for s&h. I think they owe me the $31.80 because they shipped it after hanging up on me without telling me what would be charged while i could still refuse the order
