A sales person, through A T & T. Over charged my debit card. He verified an amount of $221.00. My card was charged $296.76. I have never recieved recievers and/or other equipment. I have spoken to both A T & t and direct t.V. To no avail.
I am sent from this department to that one. I finally, asked for a name to take to small claims court. I was yet, again. Transferred, whereby, I hung up after, transferring for over 50 minutes. Direct t.V. Claims, I don't show an account number. Yet, under my name, it shows a fee paid, but, no service. I am tired, of the round around.
