Money Recovered

I had to sue Direct TV in Small Claims court (twice) to recover money they owed me. After many promises and much time they refused or continued to delay to return money they owed.
I had to sue them in small claims court. They ended up refunding the money AND paying the court cost.
One word best describes Direct TV customer service employees. ARROGENT!
If they owe you money, and you are right, take them to small claims court.
