Late Fee, Inspection Fees and Escrow Charged Though Exempt From Tax

They charged for late fee for no reason. My payment wasn't late. Also charged me for inspection fees. They also have me paying for escrow. I am exempt from tax and I have my own insurance. They send statement with payment increasing every month. They also don't apply payments that I send to them.
