I signed up for a program I was told that would allow me to simply take over the payments of owners of property that have been forclosed and once I paid for a year I would own the property. I was told the fee of $199 was completely refundable if I decided not to use the program to purchase a home or just changed my mind for any reason. I was also told our conversation was being recorded. Once I paid the money and got the listing of homes in my area, I saw that it was up to me to negotiate with homeowners to let me take over their payments and not as simple as was explained. I called back the company the same evening when I discovered the discrepancy but it was closed and I left a message. I later saw all the complaints online calling this company a scam. I feel so deceived.
