I was paying a monthy fee of $10.99. And was in a 3 month committment. I enjoyed downloading the permitted number of downloads of music each month. When I no longer wanted to use this service, I called E-music and told them I didnt want their services anymore. At first they tried to talk me out of quitting the service, then they finally said "OKAY" "No Problem", "We are cancelling your service. I didnt notice until a few months later (because payments were coming out of my PayPal account) that E-Music had continued to bill me and got paid each month after I cancelled. I kept trying to call them and they would tell me they had no record of my account being open, and that PayPal shoulnt be paying us. (also, saying that they were not receiving money from my PayPal account which was a LIE! All PayPal could do was to totally dismantle my account with PayPal. I Never was able to get any of my money back because E-Music was saying that they werent billing PayPal and werent receiving any money, again, a big LIE. They did this for 18 months before I had to shut down my PayPal account so they would stop stealing my money. E-music is a big scam. Not to be trusted dont do it.
