I bought a voucher for a 1 night stay at a hotel on the 6th of June when I went to redeem it on the 4th of August it had disappeared from my account.in fact my account says that I have never made any purchases and dont have a credit card on file, my Mastercard statement showing the £79 leaving says different. I have sent five e-mails now each receiving an automated reply saying that an advocate will get back to me, no such luck yet. I have rung all of the number at all times and never got past the music or number 2 in the queue before I am cut off. Have I lost my money! Is this company a rip off! Or is it just badly run! Any suggestions please.
