I wanted to download music off the internet. My search engine brought up this company, easy music downloads. Looked legitimate. I payed by PayPal, so the money came right out of my account. I downloaded their progam and tried to get music to download. Nothing worked. I tried for appx. 2 hours thinking it was my computer. It wasn't. This company is a fraud, I just lost $32.90. What a lesson for me. Now I feel I can't trust anything online. I looked all over their site to find a phone number, or contact person-nothing. I want my money back and don't know how I will get it. I hope the complaint can help me and warn all other internet users.
