I contacted this site (just answer) because it appeared to be a computer site. I asked question about my computer and didn't get a complete answer, but I felt sorry for the answer guy and I paid him the agreed amount of $18.00 in June. Then on July 15 I noticed a debit for $18.00 on my bank card by Just Answer with the note: recurring charge on it. There was no agreement that I keep paying $18.00 a month. I am a 79 year old widow living solely on Social Security. I went to my bank on August 5th, filed a complaint against Just Answer and cancelled my debit card. I hope you are able to stop these people. Thank you for caring and trying to do something.
