He got a letter from Thrifty Car Rental on 7/25 saying that the. 75 a $25 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE was charged on the credit card on file. No problem paying toll, but they are "raping" their customers because they have a credit card on file - someone who doesn't live here has no idea if they are going to go thru a "cashless toll"- $25 fee is OUTRAGEOUS and UNFAIR for unsuspecting visitors.
