I am complaining about a bogus toll charge in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I think that Thrifty is scamming me. They can not even give me a date that i supposedly did not pay a 50 cent toll.
First of all, look at all the time and money wasted over. 50 cents, this is ludicrous!
I can truly understand if it was a larger sum of money, due to a traffic violation.
Oh! My God, let's use some common sense. Can you please provide me with a report on which toll I missed?
Something is not right here.
I was charged a $25.00 administrative fee against my will, and to fight this stupid fee, would cost me more than it is worth.
I travel on business and pleasure about 18 times a year, and as an owner of a wholesale company, I have partners, sales staff, and major suppliers that travel abroad even more than I do. I will send a memo, and an email to all my partners, sales staff and to all my branches and suppliers, never to use Thrifty or Dollar rental in the future.
With the poor state of the economy, I think Thrifty should be going the extra mile to keep customers happy instead they rip us off. I would be very embarrassed, and out of business; if my staff treated my valuable customers in this manner over such a petty charge.
