On 4/16 I was charged for 2 shipments of LeanSpa products. I refused them and put return to sender on the label. According to the company I needed an RMA # which of course I did not get because I did not open the packages to read that information. At that time, I did, however, call the company for a credit to my charge card. I was told that I would received credit when the product was returned.
Today when I called again, a customer specialist informed me that since I did not get a RMA # or credit would be given.
I ordered this off a Rachel Ray promo and didn't recall reading that I needed an RMA #. Especially since I thought I was only receiving the "free" trial sample.
Guess "free" trial sample leads to huge expenses.
I would appreciate any help that you may provide to get my refund.
