On March 28th I renewed my cell-phone contract with Sprint on the condition that a 15% discount which had been a condition of two consecutive 2-year contracts with Sprint was to continue.
The service represented agreed to my request and the discount was continued through July of this year (4 months) before being revoked without notification. The current contract has two years to run and it contains a $200 early termination fee if I decide to now change carriers.
I spoke to the Sprint supervisor in their Topeka office (Whitney) about this problem and she refused to correct the invoice by applying the agreed upon discount. Sprint has broken their agreement and arbitrarily assesed a fee against my consent.
