I purchased one of there straight talk phones at walmart the phone had trouble with picture texting, keypad numbers I have to repunch in the numbers, would be talking and loose connection with people in seconds of calls. They wouldn't send me a replacement without me sending my phone first and I had talked to a manager named Mia and she told me she could so I wouldn't be without a phone I waited for 2 weeks and didn't receive it so I called again and got the run around they record every conversation but tried to say they didn't know who I talked too I told them that I travel and have a ill mother and can't be without a phone they wanted me to buy another one while my phone was being replace I told them they were (Inappropriate Content Removed) crazy why would I pay for a phone and use it only until I get mine back I would just keep the other phone
