Please see confirmation that my return was received by your company. I have not received a refund to my account. I received a refund of shipping - $41.94, but not the refund for the merchandise - $59.97. Your ordering process is flawed as it does not allow the customer the opportunity to confirm the amount of the order. I will refute this charge with my bank if I do not receive a refund this week.
