I ordered the book off of PartyPokerCracked that claims it can help you win when you play online poker. It also offers a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied and you send back the book and some additional information. Well, I did exactly what they asked and I have not received my refund. I have been in contact with a person named Rob and told me that I should get my refund.

So sorry. YES we have received the book. The
address you sent it to is the shipping company that
fullfills orders for the book. I contacted them and yes,
they have a notation of having received a package from
you. (they don't know where the package is but that
doesn't matter) As you can imagine they ship for many
different companies. The address below is monitored by me
so that I know for sure to credit someone if they return
the book. Anyway I will have our credit card processor
issue you a full refund. The charge and credit will
appear on your statement as Veritas Sales Inc.

so I have to locate the previous address that you sent
