Curiously followed a link showing cheap iPads via penny auctions. Site offered free bids to check it out. Filled out my info expecting free bids only, instead my debit cart was hit for $99. I have reported it to https://complaint. Ic3. Gov/ctf. Aspx and will be reporting them to as many places as I can find.
