I watched bluehippo commercial and I thought that I should get it, I called and made couple of payments over the phone and when it came up to $600.00 they asked me if I had a fax number to they can fax the agreement for me to sign it, they faxed the papers I signed them and in few seconds it was faxed right back to them and then i called them and they confirmed that received it but missing one paper and we argued the fact that I faxed all the papers the same time waited on my computer for about 2-3 weeks and didn't receive any thing, when i called back they said that they forgot to mail it and that i should be expecting it within 2 weeks so i to them that i didn't want the computer anymore and that I wanted my money back they said that they don't do refunds and I'm entitled to a store credit but if you try purchasing anything from their website they want a charge of $25.00.
