Purchased Office Support Plan ove the phone. Requested House call. Was rerouted thru several Depts but finally was disconnected when I reached Best Buy Acct / Billing. Attempted to return to that Dept, but NEVER got a person who would do that action. I finally contacted AMEX and refused to pay the bill. Best Buy has never called me nor offered an explanation How I was lost or how they might KEEP my business. Ohh, by the way. Best Buy LOst $125 initial fees, plubs $500 annual payments I was willing to Pay. They clearly dont Clearly Don't Care a
