Office Support Plan Bought by Phone but Billing Department Never Reached

Purchased Office Support Plan over the phone. Requested House call. Was rerouted thru several Depts but finally was disconnected when I reached Best Buy Acct / Billing. Attempted to return to that Dept, but never got a person who would do that action. I finally contacted AMEX and refused to pay the bill. Best Buy has never called me nor offered an explanation How I was lost or how they might keep my business. Ohh, by the way. Best Buy lost $125 initial fees, plus $500 annual payments I was willing to pay. They clearly dont Clearly Don't Care a
