My husband and I deposited money to bring our account balance to a positive balance knowing we had overdrawn the account by $40.00. We deposited $50.00 so we could have a positive balance in case we needed food for the week. The cashier gave us our receipt and the account was still negative. I came home, checked the account on the internet and Platinum Online Group had taken $99.49 out of my account. I don't even know who these people are! I need 8 medications for complications from a stroke in so I need my money back into my account.
