I check my balance and im wondering how come i no more balance anymore... And then i went to my bank and i saw my statement and it says checks on it and then we wondering why i have so much charges from this platinum online group, and the bank just told me to re open my account so they cant get anymore... So i reopen my account again, but they took so much from my bank without my permission, they really need to give it back... Pls help me its hard to contact them im so very very disapointed with their companies, i dont know how much they get from my account coz i saw my statement they get so much charge for my account
