Well, to begin with I'd like to say that I have worked in fast food for two years, so I know how fast food works. I'm not the type of person to complain, but this experience at burger king was just terrible. Well, when I came in there was a line of people, that was okay and understandable. There was only one cashier, and she was trying to expo the food, and take orders at the same time. Which can get frustrating when your the only cashier upfront. After waiting in line for maybe 10 minutes, I came up to the cash register, I thought I was about to order, but the cashier walked away. She could of said "one moment, i'll be right with you". What bothered me the most, is I could hear her manager telling her to hurry up, as if she could really move faster while trying to take orders, bag food, and scoop fries. What bothered me the most, is I watched the manager, black male, pick and stratch at his nose. On the front line. And then directly go bag food. He never went to go wash his hands. I watched him go back and make a sandwich, touching the bread. Thats really gross, and how people get sick. None of the other cooks were wearing gloves. Every work place that I have worked in (fast food) has always worn gloves. So, as i'm going to get my drink, they were out of fruit punch, and lemonade. It's not that hard to change the drink out. I was very disgusted, I ate my fries and I left, throwing away my Wopper. The resturant has a score of 100, and all these "clean signs" up, no there not clean, nor do they know what quality customer service is. Customers pay YOUR paycheck. You know? I doubt i am ever going back to this location. And I am spreading the word about this nasty location. For every bad experience a person tells 3 people, I dont want my friends getting sick from this place. There are many other locations in the area near by that I can go eat at. No one had a smile on there face, no one looked happy, no gloves, just gross.
